The strength and growth of Ebco depends on shipping a quality product on time to our customers. Ebco will lose the competitive edge we have in the marketplace today if this does not happen 100% of the time. This involves everyone in the company and starts with the quoting of the product all the way to the end result of shipping the product to out customer. All steps involved must be done correctly and efficiently the first time.

Ebco will provide measures to evaluate our performance and this will be discussed at our weekly meeting. Our goal is to ensure the root cause of all mistakes is established, corrected immediately and will never happen again. Only in this way can we reach 100% delivery and quality and maintain our profitability.
