The majority of our products are molded. Ebco provides rubber components made by injection, compression and transfer molding processes. We have a standard line of vibration isolators in our catalog, but the balance of the molded products are custom. We are a low cost supplier in molded natural rubber parts, but we do mold all types of rubber from EPDM to Silicon to Fluorelastomers to Thermoplastic.
Ebco enjoys taking a job from the design stage to production. If required we can have one cavity prototype mold made quickly for part verification prior to providing the production mold. The types of jobs we run vary from high volume cost competitive jobs to low volume precision multi-material products. We have press sizes to meet your needs for large parts up to 6 feet x 6 feet.
