Our goal of 100% on time delivery has been accomplished for many customers. We continuously strive to improve our ability to exceed our customers expectations. Ebco offers a variety of stocking/inventory programs to provide shorter lead times. If you prefer we can have the inventory at your facility on a consignment basis. Ebco also can work through a local bin stocker or distribution warehouse to provide the service you desire. Ebco operates a warehouse in Ireland to serve our European customers. This coupled with our locations throughout the US allows Ebco to provide Just-In-Time shipments in the US, Mexico, and Europe. All our employees take great pride in meeting and exceeding our customers’ requirements.

Ebco is also fully capable of using Electronic Data Interchange. Ebco has been using EDI since 1995. We view this as an excellent way to obtain and provide information. At present we regularly exchange purchase orders, order forecasts, advanced ship notices, and invoices.

Ebco creates labeling solutions for our customers as well.  Labeling packages properly is critical in insuring the products get delivered where they should. Let Ebco help in creating a label that ensures your warehouse staff can easily identify the product. We can create a barcode to meet your standards and ensure the information you require is on the label.
