Design and Modeling

Ebco's Design engineering department utilizes the latest version of Pro-Engineer 3D CAD software. Drawings can be created for any design in compliance with the latest ASME standard. Exchange of design files can be accomplished through several user friendly formats.

While many of our parts are standard, your application may require a custom design with specific performance and material requirements. Once the product has been designed, simulation analysis such as FEA and Rigid body dynamics can be performed by Ebco to verify that the product will work as expected. Once the design is finalized, prototypes can be made for validation testing.
