Cut products are either die cut or lathe cut. Seals and washers lathe cut provide a high quality product at a cost competitive price. If you have volumes exceeding 5,000 pieces, then this is the process for you. We can obtain a compound to meet the most stringent specifications. By grinding the OD of the parts we obtain a very tight tolerance.
Die cut parts can be made by a die or by water cutting. Depending on the material thickness required, both processes can be used. We process the full range of materials from sponge, rubber, dense rubber, cloth, inserted into the rubber grit material. Adhesive backing can be added to most of these products to make installation easier.
